Domestic Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free economy shipping on all orders of €125+. Once you enter your address at checkout, the free shipping option will appear automatically. (Calculated on the pre-discount order value; taxes excluded. Shipping charges are excluded.)
- Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are calculated from the ship date. Preparation/processing times may vary and do not include weekends or public holidays.
International Shipping
- Estimates & Fees: To view estimated delivery times as well as shipping and customs fees, add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout. You can review all options and timelines before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
About 24 hours after your order ships, log in to your account and check the “Track My Order” section to view the latest status.
We do our best to deliver your order safely and on time. However, delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
